The majority of Homeowners mistakenly believe that selling their house during the Spring/Summer months, is the best/only time of year to sell.

In fact, studies show that the best time to sell your house actually occurs during the Winter months - November through to January.

The  number 1 and most important reason why, Less Competition.

You also find that because of Homeowners misguided belief, the inventory during the Winter months is low.

So if you’re considering selling your house during the Winter months consider the fact of less competition.   Also bear in mind the Winter months attracts serious homebuyers and not just those who are merely window shopping!!

If you’re considering selling your house during the Spring/Summer months, consider instead selling in Winter!!  If you’d like to know how much your house is worth in today’s market, please call/text or email me.  I’m here to help in whatever way I can.
