I am helping a young couple to purchase their first home. I showed few used homes as well as new homes. The couple liked a specific homes because of the beautiful lights int he kitchen. The buyers signed the contract and the wait started. During the first walkthrough, I noticed there were no outlets at the ceiling were the lights supposed to be installed. OMG, the builders has made a mistake and now they need to add wiring and more work and the closing is in a week.

Immedially I contacted the sales person and notify the situation. In the end, everything went well. The builder completed the work in time and no further issues were found. The buyers are happy with their new home and the lights int he kitchen.
