Helping Buyers

I was helping a young couple to purchase their first home. The couple put a lot of work up front trying to improve their credit. Eventually they improved their credit and were able to fulfill that requirement. In the middle of this process, one of the buyer got ill and had to go under surgery. That affected his ability to show financial stability and the bank did not qualify them any more.

The young couple spent more than three months working with that bank and in the end the deal was not going to work. Then, I contacted my mentor and he was bale to help me help them. I contacted another lender and after about a week, the young couple was able to sign a contract to purchase their first home.

I am very happy I was able to help this young couple. It is for moment like this that I am doing what I am doing.
