The Florida Economy Is Poised For Long Positive Run

I talk with people every day about real estate. In the past few weeks the doom and gloomers are out squawking about recession and a looming economic downturn. One investor even told me he was going to wait for prices to drop again before buying. 

I'm sorry, but prices have not yet recovered to even close to where they were in 2007 and 2008. If you want to invest in Central Florida and are waiting for prices to drop significantly on real estate... good luck. All the indicators are positive for Central Florida. Our great Nation maybe taking a breather and or even a bath in the next months or years but Florida is just now looking like a "normal" balanced market but with a great long-term outlook. 

Check out this new report from Wells Fargo Securities that indicates economic growth in Florida has continued to outpace the Nation so far this year and has evolved to enhance long-run competitiveness.
