The American Dream is to own your own home , get married, have kids, and live a life style that meets your expectations.  Whether you live in Orlando, Florida to Washington state.  In an article in USA TODAY it states that millennials are making daring moves for that American dream by pulling money out of your 401k (retirement fund) .   "Once-cautious millennials now view real estate as the "cornerstone" of their investment portfolio. Nearly 6 in 10 (56 percent) cited homeownership as the most popular ingredient of the American Dream." siad by Adam Shell.

Is rent in Orlando, Florida on the rise that renters now are wanting to become home owners.  Being a home owner has is perks compared to renting a apartment, condo, or townhouse.  The joy of walking into your own house after a longs days work is worth the risk. No matter what age you are owning your own home is always better than paying someone rent money to pay off their loan on the place your living in.
