Lake Nona Continue Expansion

Lake nona continues to grow and now the city is getting ready to start construction is slated to start work in the fall on Lake Nona’s burgeoning town center with an additional million square feet of shops, restaurants and offices.

The expansion represents almost a quarter of the center’s footprint, which is planned for 3.8 million square feet spanning 100 acres.

For residential, Lake Nona continues expansion is expected to start construction next month on a 201-unit apartment project featuring Orlando's first Tesla ride shares and micro-size units.

A recent report by Cushman & Wakefield showed the area including Lake Nona and the airport commanded the most expensive office rental market in the Orlando area for the last quarter, with rent averaging about $30 per square foot. It surpassed downtown Orlando average rents of $26

This excellent growth and development will continue to put Lake Nona as one of the best areas to invest or to purchase real estate since we have companies moving into the area and with it the people will follow.
