Settle Or Fix Up A Question For Prospective Buyers

I am sure that most all Agents out there have asked this question of their buyers in recent times.  Most of the buyers out there right now are aged 36 and younger, according to surveys the last 4 years. They are having trouble finding exactly what they want in a newer home or sometimes even newer lived in homes. Sometimes the smarter choice for them is to find a "Fixer Upper" at a good starting price and reconditioning it to their standard.

If you do "run across" a client that has this question for you and wants an "honest" opinion, share this article from "House Logic" content sponsored in this week's NAR Weekly Report. It will surely have some answers for their questions.

I enjoyed it and learned a few things myself.

Good luck out there and I hope "March Madness" treats everyone well.
