Always Go With A Realtor When Visiting Builders - New Construction Series

1. Builder's Sales Agents do not represent you. They have a fiduciary responsibility to their employer.

2. Builders may not honor a relationship you have with your Realtor.

3. Go with your Realtor when visiting builders. At the very least inform the builder you have a Realtor and give them their business cards. If you are considering New Construction in the Disney Area, which you should if you are in the right price range...

Get a Realtor to represent you and make sure they actually do get to represent you. It would not be cool to take their advice and council, having them look out for your best interest and then not get to participate in the transaction.
