Buying A Home Is WAY Less Expensive Than Renting

Trulia reports in their latest Rent vs. Buy analysis that homeownership is much cheaper than renting in the 100 largest metro areas around the United States.  From California being the lowest with 5% difference to Houston, Texas being the highest at 46% better to buy. 

Nationwide it is 36% more expensive to rent vs. buy.

Buying a home makes complete sense financially.
