No one goes into something thinking it will fail, especially a marriage. Unfortunately, there are more than a million couples who divorce in the United States per year, so it has become somewhat of a fact of life. 

For most people, the family home is their largest asset, so it is important to know who to turn to when they are forced with this difficult decision. It is critical to hire a Realtor who has experience working with divorcing couples, or who has completing training in the area of real estate divorce.
